My name is James Hester, and I have over 23 years of experience working for large corporations. A majority of that time was spent in revenue assurance management positions. I’ve also had the opportunity to work on a variety of system upgrade projects. This normally involved testing, developing new policies and procedures, and training employees on the changes. In addition, I’ve spent a lot of time teaching people how to use Excel, building Access databases to automate manual A/R and billing reports, and improving workflow processes.
